I am a 30 year old guy having lower back issue for a decade now. Recently it had exacerbated. I visited Dr. Saakshi for my lower back pain, as suggested by my orthopedist. She took time to understand the root cause of the pain by making me do different movements so that she could pin point the exact area of concern. She also went through all the reports and prescriptions. She assured me that she would need only 3 days to bring me back to normal. She also instilled confidence in me by rejecting the scary opinions (which even included surgery) of the orthopedist. She outright told me not to take any medicine. You won't believe, after the first session itself, I felt almost 70-80% relief. Before that, I had to take Ultracet to fall asleep. But this time, I didn't need any medicine. After 3 sessions, I was completely fine. She suggested exercises to be done at home. She's also very friendly and approachable. She is prompt in replying to WhatsApp texts. Overall, it was a great decision to visit her for my lower back.

Dr Sakshi takes the time to identify and explain the occurrence of the pain. Knowing what led to my back pain helped calm my anxiety and engage better with the treatment.
