Ms. Vimi Uppal

Vimi is a very effective Nutritionist (and dietician). I used to feel lethargic with a total lack of energy, aches and pains amongst other things. Her solutions were scientific and customised basis my blood reports, gender, age and stage of life. She combined natural supplements with traditional wisdom based on home ingredients to work with me through my health concerns. She also worked out a diet plan that helped me lose weight and inches. Alongside she explained in layman’s terms the science and logic behind how the body consumes different food types and why she has given a certain diet plan o hat has been modified in a diet plan. Being a foodie, following a diet should have been challenging for me but with the innovative recipes my duet food is delicious and s a hard slap on the face of those who think ‘Healthy food can’t be Tasty’.
