Ms. Vimi Uppal

Vimi is a very effective Nutritionist (and dietician). I used to feel lethargic with a total lack of energy, aches and pains amongst other things. Her solutions were scientific and customised basis my blood reports, gender, age and stage of life. She combined natural supplements with traditional wisdom based on home ingredients to work with me through my health concerns. She also worked out a diet plan that helped me lose weight and inches. Alongside she explained in layman’s terms the science and logic behind how the body consumes different food types and why she has given a certain diet plan o hat has been modified in a diet plan. Being a foodie, following a diet should have been challenging for me but with the innovative recipes my duet food is delicious and s a hard slap on the face of those who think ‘Healthy food can’t be Tasty’. She has changed my relationship with food and without my even realising it, it’s a constructive change in lifestyle that she has managed to bring in for me. So a big THANK YOU to Vimi for that.

Dr Vimmi is an overall package. I approached her for weight loss. She is a thorough nutritionist and has an eye for detail to understand one’s health challenges and provide a diet which not only supports weight loss but also other health related concerns and issues. Her diet plans are very enjoyable and practically one feels u eat much more than u were eating before with an added benefit of weight loss. I lost almost 8 kgs in 40 days without any starvation.
