Getting to know dr. Sruthi has been one of the best things during my pregnancy. The prenatal yoga sessions I had with her helped me to be strong and healthy , physically and mentally. asanas and breathing exercises she used to make me do as per my body and mind health that respective day. After every yoga session I used to leave fresh and energised. After I started yoga in my 5th month of pregnancy I have been so healthy and fit , this physical strength made me to stand strong during my delivery and post delivery too. One month post delivery now I am back healthy and positive. Thanks to dr Sruthi for her curated yoga sessions that helped me lot … waiting to join post natal sessions with her… Heart fully recommend her prenatal yoga sessions for pregnant women.

I had anterior glenoid labral tear and had to undergo surgery for it. Post which i got referred to Shruthi ma'am by my surgeon.

I'm happy of my progress over weeks of physiotherapy and mobility movements. it felt like impossible as my arm was completely frozen and ma'am patiently explained every day about the progress and she kept asking and refreshed my memory of our progress. She patiently kept explaining of all the movements and made sure I had knowledge of what muscles are being worked out that day. I think this is something which helped me feel less anxious as i was educated well by her.

She was more enthusiastic about the recovery process than me and i could see that in the rate at which my arm was healing back. I would definitely recommend her for any physiotherapy or sport's rehabilitation program.

I was suffering from severe back pain when I went to visit Dr Shruti. I was unable to work for even 30 mins straight and had trouble doing day to day tasks. After starting my treatment in a month, now I am able to work longer hours and also able to successfully do lot of other activities like walking/hiking.
