I have been diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis stage 4 for both legs. I visited AIG for second opinion since our regular doctor from a different hospital suggested THR.

After thorough examinations Srinivas Thati sir suggested the same. He explained how the process works, pros and cons. O decide to get the operation done under Srinivas sir since he gave me the strength which is very important for a patient who almost lost hopes.

I got both the hips replaced, the entire staff, nurses took a good care all throughout the procedure. The surgeries are successful and I am leading a normal happy life.

A late post but definitely wish to mention a big thanks to dr Srinivas thati for my son’s ankle surgery at AIG hospital last year. Dr explained all about the situation with the injury and why it was important to get it done which was a 6 hours long surgery but amazingly successful! My son being so young and working we were so skeptical about his leg functioning after surgery but the recovery and progress to normalcy under dr s guidance was all so smooth. Best part was dr garu barely prescribed any strong medicines post surgery at which everyone around was puzzled! Yet, the smooth recovery without any repercussions is awesome!! I had met Dr Srinivas Thati in Hyderabad's famous and a 5star facility hospital about 2 months back for my knee pain. I was diagnosed for miniscus tear and couple of other problems.

Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors I have been privileged to meet. Dr. Srinivas Thati treated me as if I was a family member during all my meetings with him, before Surgery, and after. The surgery was undoubtedly successful, and the rehab Is going on well. If he weren't specialized, I'd see him for everything!

I haven't seen a better doctor who is down to earth and very capable.

I have visited the doctor as per the reference of my cousin. Even though it was the first appointment with the doctor, the way he comforted us and communicated us regarding the medical issue was really good. Dr Srinivas Thati, Orthopedic doctor was exceptional. He returned from UK and you get to experience UK kind of service being in India. Very detail oriented and very passionate. Spends at least 20 min with every patient to understand their concern. Had underwent an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery from him. Very empathetic and doesn’t rush himself. Knows and plans for every detail during surgery.

I had Severe Back Pain which i took it lightly and Doctor thought it was just Muscle Pull, then after 2 days it was Severe and Dr. srinivas came all the way to my Home as i was not in a position to move and he did preliminary check ups at my home and suggested me few tests and he was sitting infront of the Computer during my MRI scan and he was explaining bit and pieces of the Scan to my father and explaining him about my Problem with Back and the way he took care of me i was Half cured with his Pleasant treatment and I got fit now with only one Pain Killer and no other Tablets were Prescribed. I met with an accident my hand elbow broken into piece's very badly. I was literally crying and praying god to give me a good doctor to treatment. suddenly in the morning Dr. Srinivas Sir came to see me and he took the x-ray and explaining everything about my problem and the solution. And the solution is fix the bones and putting support to my bone is plates. The way he is labourating comforting and u reassuring words are sometimes more powerful than medicine I experienced and I believe. Actually operation time consist of 3to 4 hours but for me it takes 9hours to fix the bones in elbow. he has lot of patience, care, guiding, treatment towards a patient. after that my operation got success and he promise be before the Operation that hand is gone come in normal in the same it is happen to me my hand become like how is in the past I'm doing all my works with my hand as in the past.
