I am fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Rupa by a colleague for my pregnancy journey. Delivering a baby in a pandemic is a challenge, but Dr. Rupa and her clinic have set high bars in hassle-free pregnancy delivery. Her skilled expertise, methodology, and prompt responsiveness are everything you can ask. From our initial appointment, my husband and I both sensed ease with Dr. Rupa. She patiently explained my daily diet and exercise plan and explained the reasons behind every decision made.

Today, while most Obstetrician/Gynecologists schedule c-section delivery, Dr. Rupa still prefers the archaic style and encourages natural birth. Such experienced doctors are rare to find. We waited till 26th April and my due date was on 28th April. However, at the last moment, our doctor suggested that a slightly early delivery would be the best for both the child and me. Due to slight complications at the end, we had to go through a c-section. However, my notions about postoperative cesarean were quick to take a turn when I experienced a smooth surgery, almost no pain and a speedy recovery. No need for regular hospital visits, our doctor has always been just a call away.

Post-delivery, Dr. Rupa carefully explained how to care for the incision and advised us for telephonic consultation whenever required. It’s 13 days to have been blessed with a healthy baby boy, our pregnancy experience couldn't have been smoother. We are indebtedly thankful to Dr. Rupa for helping us bring our little bundle of joy into this world and our gratitude will never lessen. We are extremely happy with the journey and couldn't have asked for a better doctor for our care.

Writings this on behalf of my wife and my experience is also the same. To begin with, she had been the guardian Angel to us in true sense, during the 8.5 months of our pregnancy journey, and we are blessed with our beautiful daughter who came to see the world in her hands.

Not always you come across a doctor with so much of empathy, and of course dedication. She did treat us like family and never did she fail to respond to any query over a simple WhatsApp chat, even if it’s late in the night; and we couldn’t have been more amazed given the busy schedule she does have as a doctor.

Here I must mention, there had been small complications with my wife’s health and she had timely recommended another great doctor.

It had been much of a surprise to us, that not only her, but her recommended doctors (even our baby’s paediatrician) somehow holds upto the same standards.

Overall, any adjective would fall short to describe her greatness, both as a doctor and as a human being. We are more than blessed to have her as our doctor and guardian.

In her early pregnancy, my wife was facing light brown discharge. we were taking complete treatment from this doctor *** *** could not save my baby. i have no regret.After 2.5 months, it was bleeding heavily and situation of wife was very very bad. i contacted kavita mondal for an appointment but she denied to take appointment at her clinic for the day. then i requested he and she told to come at bhagirathi neotia hospital for appointment. As per her suggestion, i went there with my wife(same bleeding situation) and i tried to contact her multiple times from there but she did not pickup my phone. we finally had to come back and went to another doctor. I am blessed with a healthy baby girl who was delivered in emergency at 35 week of pregnancy due to some complications & it is only possibly due to madam’s support.Thank U madam for making my high risk pregnancy journey easy. I would highly recommend Madam bcoz of her friendly behaviour & supportive nature.
