I was going thru a problem of excessive fatigue through out the day resulting into excessive sleepiness during the day time even after adequate sleep. I used to feel extremely tired all the time. It's going on for 6-7 yrs now. I had consulted many doctors and they did all kinds of experimentation on me. But instead of solving my problem, the problem kept aggravating. In the process, in late 2020, I got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. The doctors said that start using CPAP machine. You will start improving within 3 months. Nothing happened even after 1 year of using the machine. Then the problem started aggravating so much that I was struggling to focus on my daily work. If I tried to focus for 10 minutes on my work, I felt restless. I started loosing on memory as well. I kept searching for options what to do. Then as a last resort I thought I should talk to someone to check whether my lifestyle is the issue and something needs to be done. It is when I came across Ms Amrita Chakraborty.

We went to Mam for couples counselling initially. She was very welcoming and listened to our concerns very patiently. She gave both of us specific tasks based on the problems which came out of the sessions. I was very satisfied , so much so that afterwards I started taking Mam's help for some of my own personal issues through therapy.
