Visited Dr. Deepak Ugra (Pediatrician)
Our little one developed a fever one morning and Doctor insisted we got him to his clinic an hour later. By the time we got to the clinic on the doctor’s insistence, the fever had touched 103°F, instead of doing anything to bring the fever down he wrote down a plethora of tests to conduct, without which as per him, he shouldn’t bring the fever down with any injection/syrups. We went through all the tests ** ********* ******** *** while we were there, the nurse there suggested to bring the fever down. The tests cost 17k and half the tests on the list the doctors were amused to why the doctor suggested these.
The fever kept recurring for the next few days while we were waiting for the results. We decided to switch doctor’s and consult someone who we knew personally from earlier. Since we had some of the results we took them along.
The other doctor saw the tests and asked us if the child had a cough. We said none. *** ***** ***** **** ***** ***** ****** ***** ***** ** *** ** ***** ****** **** *** * ******* ********* ***** *** ***** ** * ***** ********* ***** **** *** ********* **** *** **** ** ***** *** ***** **** *** * **** **** *** **** * ***** ***** ** ******** ******* *********** *** * ** ******* **** ***** **** ** ****** ***** ** ** *** ********* ******* People are blessed that children are resilient so most normal checkups are fine. But when things get bad, I hope people do not contact him ** ** **** *** **** *** ********** ** *** ****** *** ***********
Visited Dr. Siddharth Prakash (Plastic Surgeon) For Liposuction
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
At the outset let me thank Dr. Sidharth Prakash for my successful Liposuction Surgery.
During my first consultation Dr. Prakash examined me thoroughly and explained in detail the process, procedure, outcome, the costs and answered all my queries. While the Doctor is very courteous, personable and unassuming, one also feels confident listening to him and his professional approach instils the confidence about his ability to deliver results. Due to the positive vibes that I received, I had more or less made-up my mind and requested the doctor for prescription of the pre-surgery tests.
During my second consultation, I met the doctor with all my reports, had few more of my queries answered to make sure my decision was correct, as I am in my mid-fifty’s, not the best age for undergoing the procedure. Once the final decision was made doctor helped with all the hospital arrangements and formalities.
The surgery went as planned and during the post operative period, doctor visited regularly and did all what was necessary. During the entire process right from the first contact till date, doctor is hands on and does everything what is needed himself, without relying or passing on to some one else. This gave me tremendous confidence and believe me doctor does respond very promptly any time day or night, be it for a query or an emergency, which I have personally experienced. I had an unrelated medical event a few days after the surgery and on contacting the doctor, he organized everything that was required and was with me till the issue was completely addressed. Attention to my situation has been truly amazing.
I am now on my way to full recovery and the results are way more than my expectations and bears testimony to the competence and skill of Dr. Prakash. After surgery care is a class of its own and unmatched and beyond comparison. I would highly recommend Dr. Prakash and will stay in touch.
Visited Dr. Pavan Kumar (Cardiac Surgeon) For Mitral/Heart Valve Replacement
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
In follow up for my review added 11 month back,
We consulted Dr. Pavan Kumar for father in law's mitral valve issue. Other doctors pressurised us to get quickly done or further delay may create emergency situations. Whereas Dr. Pavan Kumar said ****** ***** *** **** ***** *** ******* ***** ** ****** *** let it come to a stage where it gets expands properly. Which will be right time to operate" Now as a person with non medical expertise, My next question was my parents lives alone in remote area what if he get cardiac arrest ? Doc was like, "nothing like that will happen" Now after 11 months Doc, gave us a go-ahead for surgery. This time also he gave clear picture that now it's time to operate but we can do it now on in 2-3 months as well. And he said heart rate is still normal so don't worry, emergency situation and we need to perform surgery when heart rate starts fluctuating. Here I realized why he told we have time for surgery and my father-in-law was able to enjoy his normal life for next 11 months.
This is just a short story, but there are many more...
I strongly recommend Dr. Pavan Kumar.
Thank you Doc, you not just a Doctor but a friend with young heart ❤️
