I never thought I would be able to loose my weight ever. Doing all th stuff required to loose weight was not my cup of tea. But I was very interested to know what balcal would bring me out of this and I can say they have done a great job with all their efforts where for once I didn't feel uncomfortable to share all my problems related to weight and everything. It's just been three months since our association with Balcal started. But, the sense of belongingness and greatfulness is overwhelming.
My 10 years old daughter is a basketball player and loves to sweat it out inside as well as off the court. However, inspite of deliberate efforts, we were worried that her nutrition wasn't enough to cope up with the requirements as a sports kid. That's when we decided to approach Balcal for consultation.
After a detailed analysis based on physical , medical reports a customised plan was designed. More than just consultation, it was personal touch of Dt Nivedi which motivated my daughter to take up the plan seriously.
Close follow up and making desired changes as per my daughter's response to meal plan, soon lead to visible results ...firstly in the form of her increased energy levels and stamina. Next, the obvious results were reflected in her medical reports wherein the vit D levels shot up from 23 to 76 in just a matter of 3 months.

Learnt the art of eating right by visiting Pradnya. Earlier, I always used to be confused on what needs to be consumed before and after my runs and also wasn’t losing weight even after running regularly.
