the first and the foremost thing to clear you all who are reading it in future that one word for him(All Rounder)... then the point is that the time you have an appointment for example 4pm so it would be from 4 to 4:30 in b/w any time you will be called as it depends on patient's crowd present.... last but not the least, dr bansal will be treating you patiently after having the real situation...
