I booked an appointment for Tuesday, March 18th, at 8:45 PM, but the doctor didn't arrive until 9:20 PM. Our consultation lasted only about two minutes. Dr. assured us that it was just a cold and there was "no cough."

I took my sister's 6.5-month-old child to see him for a cold and cough, but the prescribed medication didn't help, *** *** ******* ********* ***********

On Thursday, I consulted the clinic by phone. The receptionist said she would check with the doctor and later informed me that we should start using a nebulizer. I asked if we could revisit the clinic, but she told me there was no need for a follow-up visit, as the nebulizer would be sufficient.

After starting the nebulizer, the baby still didn't improve, so we decided to see another doctor on Sunday.

But on Saturday evening, the clinic asked for feedback via WhatsApp. I informed them that the medication had no effect. They replied that we could come in, but when I asked if we would be charged again for the visit, they did not respond.

When I called for clarification, a receptionist told me we had missed the "3-day" window for a free consultation and today is the "4th day". I told her that I had contacted you earlier, *** *** ****** *** **** ****

In summary, they failed to treat what began as a simple cold and delayed our free visit to charge us a new consultation fee. ******* ****** ******* *** **** ** ******** **** *** * ***** ******* *** ** ** *** **********

I got to know about Dr. Neha through one of my office colleague. Then I checked her profile & education & I was impressed hence while I was planning my second baby I thought to refer.

I must say her way of treatment, pregnancy healthy diet chat, availability on calls in case of any doubts and most importantly understanding the patient is recommendable.

My first child delivery was done by Noida one of the best gyane as I wanted everything to be the best but one difficulty which I faced during my first delivery that my Dr. was available on calls or watsapp or even for talking for 5 minutes in case of any emergency so I had to go to her clinic/hospital every time after taking appointment. But with Dr. Neha eventhough she is occupied she will message that she will call in sometime & she does call. I didn't puton too much weight during to healthy eating. My delivery was also done smooth & me and baby is perfectly fine. So I am very happy with Dr. Neha overall & I would recommend others as well.

My whole pregnancy journey as well as child birth has been super smooth and comfortable with Dr Neha. Her guidance and expertise were invaluable during our first pregnancy. She delivered our baby in Motherhood hospital and all the procedures were done very smoothly. This was our first child and we used to have a lots of questions and doubts but she patiently addressed every question and doubt we had, no matter how big or small. She listens to all the concerns patiently and explains everything in detail. She was reachable 24 hours and was responsive to any queries or doubts over the phone.

Best delivery experience..She is very calm, approachable and answer even a smallest query with patience. She was available over call and message even in late night and early morning. Mine was a case of pre eclampsia and post 35 weeks of pregnancy my BP was shooting but with her calm and quick response, I was able to deliver my healthy baby boy in 36 weeks. It's about my second pregnancy I don't wanted to continue so i spoke to Dr. Neha about this. And the way she assured me about abortion and D&C was fantabulous. I was little bit scared because my first baby is just 6 month old and that was from C-sec.
