We met Dr. Richa in Cloudnine Noida for the first time. I would say she ** * **** **** ****** *** understands the concerns of new parents and guides them accordingly. She clarified various questions we had related to our new born care and the best thing about her was that she listened to us and responded calmly. My child was admitted in the hospital for one day because of jaundice, knowing our concern, she called us personally to tell about our baby's wellbeing - which is really rare! Apart from it, she attended to our queries during the odd hours and responded over phone/ watsapp as and when needed. She ** * **** **** ****** *** has a positive attitude and this is why we have decided to visit her only. I would recommend her to all.
