Felix Hospital

I went to felix hospital on 14th January 2021 as I was having high BP 155/111 (accordingly my BP machine). In emergency ward the on duty doctor checked my BP manually. According to him it was 140/100. He said he will give medicine for dizziness (which I was feeling) when we will get the bill paid for doctor consultancy, he himself referred me to a cardiologist. I never mentioned to him that I was feeling any heart or chest pain. As my husband was little nervous he paid 800rs and get the medicine for dizziness. We were told that doctor will come around 10.so we went back home. We again reached the hospital around 10:30.

Then again we were told that the doctor will come around 11. That time they checked my BP it was 170/100.

We kept waiting. I asked them at 11:30 where is the doctor. The receptionist said he is in ICU.I said so should we go back to our home, as I was feeling very uncomfortable. They said no wait

The doctor Dr.RAHUL ARORA came at 12 noon.

And the moment we entered his cabin he started telling stories about his wife and the patient he was checking in the ICU.

When I told him that I am not here to listen to his personal stories or what he was doing with the other patients he started showing his attitude. He shouted at the staff.

I went in bad hysteric condition. He pinched me twice so hard that I still have blue Mark's on my hand. And my arm is still paining.

When I came back to my senses he again was shouting.

A friend of my husband advised us to visit Dr Sanheeta when the good news of our first child came to us along with some complications attached. Since day 1 to the entire tenure of pregnancy I had her along with me explaining me the cause and the remedy related to my countless apprehensions doubts/ problem/ queries. She would patiently listen and help me out with it. Always a call away and kind enough even to reply through text messages. Her treatment was absolutely perfect with the right required set of medicines in each trimester. The time of my delivery turned out to be peak of Covid 19 panepidemic and during that time too she was always there for me and helped me out through calls and text. We opted for motherland hospital for the delivery. Due to some unforseen medical emergency i was admited to the hospital at an very odd timming at night and she was there on time to operate me everything went smoothly and we welcomed our baby girl. Not only through out my pregnancy and delivery but post delivery too she helped me out with every difficulty that I was facing.Words shall fall short to describe how caring and helpful and down to earth human she is. My family shall always remain grateful to her. I will definetly recommend her to every one and without any doubt she is one of the BEST gynacologist in Delhi Ncr.

The "good news" came to us with a challenge to find a doctor specially when Noida was new for us. We googled to find the nearest Gynaecologist and it was Dr. Sanheeta. Now we realise that it was not google, but our destiny, who introduced her to us. We, as an expecting parent, must have been difficult for her to handle, with countless queries, apprehensions and doubts but she would always be full of patience, care and generosity. Always a call away, prompt and kind enough to reply even the texts. Needless to say that her medical treatment, advices were all absolute flawless but the unforgettable part was the immensely graceful human being we experienced in her. She was there for us just like a caring, elderly family member. Words are really not enough to thank you Dr. Sanheeta for making the otherwise worrisome period of pregnancy and then birth of my daughter, into such a beautiful, troubleless and blessed experience. My family shall remain grateful to you ever!And Yes! Destiny it was, as I mentioned. My daughter Ira shares her birthday with Dr. Sanheeta..!

When I tested positive by the pregnancy kit, I wanted to hear it from a doctor, so I ran away to the closest hospital and found Dr. Manisha there. We liked her so much that we stuck with her till the delivery time and post that. It's a god's blessing that we didn't do any research for gynaecologist and still found the best for my first pregnancy.

Dr Manisha handled my entire pregnancy and delivery by c section. The best thing about her is she made us feel every thing very seamless and smooth about the entire pregnancy experience. She will never make you feel scared and all your fear will be thrown out of the window when you ask her doubts. Never gave too many medicines and tests but only the necessary ones. Her way of speaking is so soft and friendly and she will never show she is busy despite of having so many patients waiting.

My delivery was done by her by C section as there were some last minute complications. But she was quick to make the right decisions and also pacified me to not get scared. I gave birth to a lovely baby girl and I owe so much to Dr Manisha. Best gynaecologist to go for in Noida if you are expecting.

I am sharing my experience really late..delivered baby girl normally on 2-11-2021.,fortunate to have a doctor like Bhumika mam. My association with Dr Bhumika started in January 2021 when I first visited her for family planning consultation and decided same time that I am going to continue my visits here when I will be in my pregnancy phase(& found myself pregnant next month).She is simply an amazing human being on personal and professional front. It is our 1st baby and as a first time mother I was full of doubts about like everything but she is so nice and understanding that never made me feel to worry about anything during my whole pregnancy period. She was always available on calls and approachable at odd hours even.I am so glad that I chose her as my gynac. Throughout my pregnancy she kept me motivated for normal delivery and at last with her great support and team it was my normal delivery (where I always wanted to have C-sec to avoid the labor pains but I always trusted her :) &it happened smoothly). Thank you so much doctor! I definitely recommend her.

Thank You so much Mam, for giving happiness to us .It was a lovely experience .It was my 1st pregnancy there is so many doubts .You are always available to clarify them.My pregnancy experience due to you goes smoothly. 9 months communication with you is excellent and you are always available either on phone or in hospital. You are having a great smile when you do a checkup which gives positivity patient.You kind nature and explaining way is great .At last i will presence my gratitude to you for giving us lifeline.

it has been an amazing journey with dr. bhumika shukla. i have never seen such a down to earth doctor who is ready to walk an extra mile for her patient's good. she is so polite, calm and dedicated towards her patients. there is no timelimit to her appointments and she listens to all your queries patiently. we were advised ivf at many places and then on the suggestion of a friend we visited dr.bhumika. and from that day itself, she became our knight in shining armour. the first line she said after seeing all our records was" don't worry. you guys don't need an ivf' and within two months, just with some medicines and basic tips, we were pregnant.

and last week we were blessed with our little angel via normal delivery.

she made our whole journey a breeze and memorable.

Thank you so much mam for making my complicated pregnancy so smooth as I had very complicated pregnancy from day one. I got polyp in my pregnancy and surgery was very risky but the only option.

Dr. Bhumika did the surgery very well I would like thank you once again mam for giving me amazing motherhood experience and thanks for being available and very supportive all the time weather its mid night or anytime.

Moreover she helped me beyond her boundaries.

I am 15 days late to share my feedback for Bhumika Mam as was busy with my 15 days old baby boy..

We are glad that we met Dr Bhumika shukla. She not only listen everyone very patiently n calmly and give personal touch to all. During my pregnancy there was some complications but she managed so well and give her support all the time through chat calls whenever required. She never asked for unnecessary test/ scans.

Usually i have seen so many cases where patients wants normal Delivery but doctor threaten them so many issues n complications & patients has to agree for C sec but Dr Bhumika only prefer to do normal deliveries and tries her bestl till the end.

I would really recommend everyone to refer to Dr Bhumika Shukla... Thank you for everything Mam....

Dr. Piyush is a true gentleman.

He is very polite and listens to your medical condition patiently.

I have visited him for elbow issues and cervical spondylitis( few visits).

His line of treatment is methodical and he will never prescribe heavy medications without knowing any underlying ailment.

He tries to get to the root cause and mitigate that problem to lowest possible level; rest the body can heal accordingly.

Overall my individual experience was quite satisfactory and I appreciate his work; if you are looking for an orthopedician, he can be contacted/ consulted.
