I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and was under a lot of stress for that having family history of type 2 diabetes I was worried if I would have to take medicine life long or might go on Insulin.I wanted to check for alternative for it.I visited Dr Narendra Shekade at Ayush Ayurveda with friends recommendation. 6 months now my Hba1c is 4.5, reduced 8 Kg. I took the treatment for hair and skin. I had lot of dandruff in my hair and my hair was very rough. I faced problem of hairfall too. With the treatment of Doctor Narendra, I was able to recover. My hair is now thick, soft and hair length has increased. Dandruff has vanished completely. Skin did show some improvements. I believe in Ayurveda and knowing our dosha is very fundamental step. The panchakarma itself is very challenging physically and psychologically. there are moments where you feel very weak and going through pain, however, After the 3 weeks, you really start to feel the benefits. you just need to trust and follow what the doctor says. . Doctor Narendra and the staff are very supportive and they assist you throughout the process. The therapist is always willing to help and sort any problems out.
