Dr. Santosh Teli

Dr Santosh Teli is very generous, I recommend him for any orthopaedic treatment.

However medical store at their hospital is not trustworthy as it should be. He has charged of Crep Bandage as 275/- however MRP on the Bandage box was 200/- Rs.

Hospital must have check this, as it’s trust issue to the patient.

Staff was polite

Dr. Santosh Teli has become our family orthopedician as we have family history of bone issues. First time we visited him in emergency when my mother had shoulder fracture. *** ******* *** ***** ********* ****** fracture was difficult to identify and also explained everything in detail calmly. His response to emergency and later assistance in communicating with our family physiotherapist was extra ordinary. Since then my family members have been visiting him of any orthopedic treatment.

I recently got treatment for Frozen shoulder and it was again perfectly treated with physiotherapy and exercise.

His approach of treating patients with step by step diagnosis and treatment is very well appreciable. He never rushed to conclusion or suggested unnecessary tests, X-rays unless required and treatment was always cost effective. Cost of treatment is optimal considering expertise and facilities available in Hospital.

My request to doctor would be to never let go the sense of humanity you already have, you are excellent doctor and human being. Thank you.

Gave ample time. There was no rush and explained in detail regarding symptom and treatment. My condition is better now.

* **** *** * ******** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ****** *****I have visited clinic on Saturday and doctor prescribed some tests to be done on the same day from the clinic itself and he mentioned that my reports will come on Sunday and he will explain the results and medication on sunday itself over the phone.I reconfirmed with the doctor and support staff about sunday thing as they are usually closed on Sunday but all of them confirmed that I can call on the clinic number and inquire about the report as well as get connected with the doctor on Sunday.To my surprise I have tried calling the clinic number multiple times and no one picked up phone on Sunday, neither the reports have come nor the call with doctor was arranged.This left me waiting for the entire day with no communication from clinic or doctor though it was promised by them.Even on Monday I only had to call them, **** **** **** **** *********** ***** *** *** **** ** *** they didn't bother to call at all.There is lack of communication at this clinic and waiting time is also huge.

Doctor is very nice listen every problem related health issues very calmly. I like this doctor. Every one should go when u have ortho related issues

Both the Doctors are very good but overall it is very expensive. They are carrying out all the procedures including blood test,xray ,excimer etc at there own clinic still there is no much relief on charges...

I am visiting for lower back pain and my wife for vitiligo and average cost that we both beard during first consultation was around 6k which looks on higher side considering everything they will do within clinic only...

They shud work on discount part if expense for patient is increasing.

Nice reception and courteous staff. Doctor attended immediately as my wife was in pain and needed attention. XRay was taken and it was detected there was a hairline fracture at 2 places in the foot area.

So far so good!! Doctor wrote prescription with various tablets and ointments required to treat pain and recover from the fractures in the bone. The prescribed medicine was ONLY available at the medical store in the clinic. This, I realized as I decided to not take the prescribed medicines there (while the staff insisted me to take it there) as my local medicine store gives me 15% discount and delivers them home. Little I knew that the same medicine was not available at 2 other medical stores. The medical store personnel gave me similar composition tablets for 2 of the medicines but could not understand another one in the prescription. The clinic number on the prescription was constantly busy for me to get in touch with them to ask alternate medicine.

I consulted doctor Santosh Teli for removing Implant from right elbow. *** ** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** *** ****** *********** ****** ********* ** *** ********* The details of the treatment and surgery was provided in most comprehensive and even the minute details were explained clearly. The surgery was relatively complex in nature but Dr. Santosh nailed it with his expertise to have the Implant removed successfully overcoming all the challenges efficiently. My overall experience has reconfirmed the saying that "When the going gets tough, tough gets going" and Dr. Santosh is a classic example of it. Special thanks to hospital staff Rahul, Ayaz and all nurses who made me feel like home during my stay in the hospital. Thanks Doctor and all staff members for looking up to me and ensuring I get the best possible treatment.
