In Bisi Bele Bath, except Tarmarin it's perfectly fine because of presence of full grains , but tarmarin can cause gastro intestinal issues Via breast milk, it transferred. Don't have food or supplements without expert guideline, you can chat & consult with me for customised exercise and Diet plan via chat online consultation in Practo.

It is very spicy and tangy . You can try it’s light version as less spices and less tamarind . More spices can effect your baby’s stomach and your as well . Choose more healthy and light food . Take care chat directly fr better options .
