Congratulations New Mom, Nice to see your concern. It's not at all a issue of having cold drink or cold water. It's just a chance of cough & cold. As your baby is solely dependent on your breastfeeding, it will be a risk factor for your baby to protect him/her from cold, avoid cold beverages. When your baby can have homemade food, you can have cold beverages. 😊 For the fortification of breast milk & your post pregnancy belly fat or weight management or stretch marks management, management of body tonning , skin rejuvenating or infant diet or exercise plan for proper development of baby, consult with me via chat online. Thanks

Liquids you drink should not be at extreme temperature, either drink water at room temperature or a little lukewarm will help. This also appLies on other liquids as well. If you drink cold or hot liquids including water it may affect milk production.
