About supplementation
Hello doctor can i take 2 vitamin-c tablets after breakfast and lunch and 1 500mg calcium carbonate and vit d tablet with milk after dinner for growing tall.does this cause sideeffects if yes,shud i reduce vit-c intake to 1 table a day with caco3 supplement

No need for supplements of you don't  have any problem. Have good diet eat banana daily n do stretching exercises

Hi thanks for your query . There are some specific requirements, symptoms where doctors & Nutrionist recommend vitamin C & calcium. This is not like that any how we can consume these all .And for body growth ,going to be tall there are no such studies, experiments.Mostly U can say consuming good quality protiens mainly animal protein. Ca,&  vit C  may be consume in the form of natural sources through vegetables, citrus fruits, etc.calcium from milk,animal protien, stems,fish, etc. So v a clear concept & apply properly within u & society.
