Hi Kindly evaluate cause of anaemia first? Chronic anaemia can be due to Thalessmia or any other reason. Dietary modifications vary as iron supplement can not be given to all. Deworming three months needs to be done before starting any supplement or ensuring parasite detox to improve haemglobin. Let us know if this helps.
