Sir,
Diebetic diet required to follow along with customised Exercise means you don't need to go to the gym, no to any supplement,if not required.
It's my request to take a small challenge of 45days, to "MAINTAIN-WORKOUT-GAIN" for the next 45days,
1. MAINTAIN your Daily Customised Diet plan, which I can give you,
2. WORKOUT Customised Exercise plan for the specific muscles volume gain & BMR increase, appetite too more.
3. after 45 days have remarkable weight GAIN, if you maintain the process further, better you do, better you get, but 100% with guideline.
You can consult me for the CUSTOMISED DIET & EXERCISE PLAN, which not only gain your weight, it improves your skin & hair quality, but lower down all your unrequitable habits if any.
Thanks & regards,
SOUVIK
