Hi! I understand how it must be difficult when you don't the support and help you need. If you think you're worrying a lot, and tend to be anxious and stressed often, try and practice some self care techniques. For example, you can try journaling often in order to ensure that you are expressing your feelings. You can also try and draw, doodle, paint and colour in order to calm yourself down. Meditating can help you become more mindful of your surroundings, hence preventing excessive rumination in thoughts. If you get too overwhelmed due to worrying, try and schedule a worry time for yourself. For example, you can decide to worry about everything that you think about through the day at one particular time. This will help prevent excessive worry throughout the rest of the day. You can also try exercising or walking for atleast 30 to 60 minutes per day. This will help you channel is your thoughts and intentions in a different manner. If you feel extremely anxious at any point, try applying breathing techniques. I also suggest that if your emotions are too overwhelming and you feel a significant amount of distress, you can consider therapy. This will help provide insight into your emotions and effective coping strategies. Lastly, you can also attend peer support groups that will allow you to speak to and interact with like minded people. You can find some peer support groups to join and attend here: https://heartitout.in/buddy-circle/
