Why do I feel sad very often?
I feel sad very often for no reasons, it's like I find reasons to be sad. I like being sad, I don't like getting out of bed and doing anything that makes me happy. I push myself to do things that make me happy and this is really hard for me. I get really anxious sometimes, I keep crying and crying, until I am tired. Also, I sleep a lot. These days I don't want to interact with people. Thinking about all this makes me anxious too.

It feels like you going through a tough phase in your life. There is something that is bothering you which you are not able to identify. This is further leading to cycles of feeling low and miserable about yourself. You need to reach out for help and speak to a psychologist who can help you to untie the knots you find yourself stuck in. Also, remember this shall also pass, and you are not alone in this.
Health Tips
Let this not build inside you, these cycles of low and crying impact the way you look at yourself.

Hi, it looks like something is bothering you. You want to reach out to someone who will help you identify what is making you feel sad. You can consult a psychologist and therapy sessions will help you. I understand you are going through a period where you feel upset and lonely. Do not worry you don’t have to feel alone. It is important to remember that people go through a phase where they feel unhappy. A psychologist will identify what is making you feel unhappy and help you find ways to feel calm. We all have days where we feel down and sometimes feeling sad can happen for no apparent reason. Occasionally, sadness is natural. Feeling low after a loss, a breakup, or ‘for no reason at all’ is all normal. When you work with a psychologist like myself, we can piece all of the information together to find out what is ‘triggering’ you to feel this way. Often people feel low because they are not happy in their life or can feel like their life is mundane. We can help restore the balance in your life using a few simple techniques.

Health Tips
When you feel sad or low three tips to increase your vibrations are:   1. Move your body. Exercising or going for a walk will make you feel happier.    2. Examine your diet. By taking high doses of omega oils and vitamin B complex one can naturally boost their nervous system to give it more support on those days when you are feeling low.    3. Practice guided meditation By meditating 10 minutes a day on a weekly intention this will give you the guidance and internal self-help that you might need.
