Bilateral inguinal hernia laparo surgery
Hi, i am 30 years male,body weight 76kg or 166 pounds.3 weeks before I did bilateral inguinal hernia laparoscopy surgery,so yesterday i lifted my (15 kg or 33 pounds ) cousin daughter,but lifted her only 5seconds,i just forgot about this issues.now i am scared with hernia repairs,i f any problems will come,otherwise i didn't any mistake.i am carrying now,please reply.thank you.

Do not worry. Are you experiencing a lump/ swelling in your inguinal region again? If no, then nothing to worry. Please remember to not lift anything, do not strain while passing stools and no core exercises for a while now.
