Me and my mother both are suffering from deficiency of vitB12,D3,and hemoglobin what are the best multivitamin we can take to get best results also i want to know can we take special medicines of these with the prescribed multivitamin or the multivitamin course we should start after competing the course of particular vitamins( B12, D3) and iron
