IAM facing d3 and B12 deficiency for long time and taking medicine also but IAM not having any improvement and my urine is very fluoroscent yellow whenever I take the B12 medicine .what can be done for this.

Vitamin d is fat soluble vitamin so include good fat in your diet like nuts , seeds, gher for better absorbtion.
Exercise and good sleep will always help for same.
Vitamin b 12 is gut vitamin.
