Steroids is not good.. to increase muscle size follow natural way eat high protein high fiber low in fat are ask me for customized diet plan.

Vegetarian diabetics can definitely gain muscle weight by including good carbs & protein sources like milk & milk products , soybean products pulses & dals ,sprouts , nuts & a balanced diet along with weight training exercises Steroids are just not needed
