Hi Give food like Rava kheer Ragi gangi Khichdi with dal Khichdi with vegetables Mashed bananas Juice of a fruits Mashed potatoes If non vegetarian add one whole egg in a diet.

Good morning,pls give him or her a soft cooked meal which can be easily digested by him or her like soft cooked sweet khichdi/oats porridge,Dal plain soup etc.His or her diet should be rich in all essential nutrients like good carbs,proteins,healthy fats along with good amounts of fiber,vitamins n minerals like iron,magnesium etc. If u need online diet consultation or diet plan services then connect th practo.
