Diet chart for constipated baby
Please suggest a diet chart for my 16 month old daughter. She is constipated for five months. We are giving her Morning- idli, dosa, daliya (around 8 am) After 1.5 hour omelette with egg white only After 2 hours, lunch- daal and rice (around 12 pm) After 2 hours, buffalo milk After 2 hours, one fruit juice- mango/orange/pomegranate or one fruit apple. Half piece of biscuit after sometime. Then dinner- rasam rice and curd rice.( Around 6-7 pm) After 2.5/3 hours, formula milk.(Around 10 pm). Around 3 am or 4 am in the morning she drinks formula milk again. What to change in her diet, so that she is relieved from constipation and for good digestion.

Gud morning dietary change needed pls avoid giving buffalo milk n giving formula milk 3-4am.pls give her pear juice or cumin seeds water for better digestion.

Healthy morning, The following suggestions may help prevent constipated toddlers : 1. Diet: make sure your child is getting enough fiber in their diet 2. Hydration : to drink adequate water 3.Routine: schedule toilet routine 4. Physical activity: get them moving with regular exercise and playtime.

All fruits which begin with “P “ ( prune, plums, pear , peaches) will help soften your baby’s stool, so give them your baby is having hard stool. If your baby is constipated may also 1 ounce of prune juice mix with 1 ounce of water every day or two

Good morning dear, Don't worry everything will be fine. So the changes required here 👇 *Stop dalia, biscuits, buffalo  milk, rice curd . * In the morning diet includes some protein rich foods like moong daal chila dal veg mix soup * No fruits after lunch,  fruits must be taken 1hour before lunch and 1.5 hour post breakfast. *Include papaya every alternative day. *Add 1figs powder Or paste either in formula milk or fruit juices it will help to cure constipation.

If constipation is chronic than for a time being dnt give milk give them fermented food which improves gut bacteria and also add fruits and salad before major meals

Firstly, please stop giving her only egg white!! Egg yolk is easier to digest than white..so give her an omlette with full egg, you may reduce the quantity of liquid after beating though. Give her more fluids, fruits and vegetables. Give her Amylase rich food, like germinated wheat powder, etc. Fix a time for potty training
