Hello, We can definitely help to reduce the weight gained, but it is important to understand that weight loss is a process and it has to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting. As it is due to work life not balanced it is important that we work on a routine that will be sustainable and easy to follow for you. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, medical conditions if any, medications, height, weight, sleep, stress, work schedule, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals and exercise 2. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 3. Ensure two fruits throughout the day 4. Incorporate protein rich foods such as Dals, pulses, sprouts, low-fat dairy, non-veg in every meal 5. Exercise for 30 minutes a day. Can be as simple as brisk walk 6.
