You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Converting fat mass to muscle mass is indeed the main strategy behind weight loss, as it helps you lose extra weight without getting any weakness.
Next Steps
eat some quick energy source before exercise (eg. banana/ glucose water/ nuts) and some protein source (egg whites/whey) after exercise to burn fats and replace them by proteins. Eat whole grains and a fruit daily. Have salads before both your main meals.
Health Tips
this will help you lose fat mass and then build muscles. for more personalized solutions, or a diet to fit your work pattern, you can take my private consultation
