I m 29 and weights 76 kgs height 5 7'
I wanted to lose weight and keep it at 70 kgs but as I m gyming and doing muscle workout I m gaining weight.
So is their a way in which I can weight 70 kgs and also build muscles

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
