I need a diet chart for 38 yr lady being a housewife. I had jaundice a few days back. Regular exercise is skipped for no particular reason.Can someone please recommend me a good diet plan?

Hello dear You r overweight by 17-18kgs. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. When u r diagnose by jaundice? Generally for jaundice diet Avoid fats ,spices, raw vegetables and salads,whole pulses,egg yolk,chapati. Avoid outside foods and packed foods, Methai avoid and dry fruits. Includes Drink boiled water 3litrs daily. Vegetables soups fresh (beetroot carrots other vegetable) Rice,khichri,dhuli dal(moong,arhar) Fruits any or fresh juices Coconut water Lemonade White bread Tea coffee Double toned milk Lassi/curd/paneer homemade Boiled vegetables don't add spices only add salt. And walking 2 times a day.
