Diet for pcod and thyroid
I have pcod and thyroid and i want to loose weight so I started eating wheat roti but next day I am getting stomach pain and diarrhoea and I have acidity problem .. what should I eat instead of wheat roti ? so suggest me what to eat and not to eat for thyroid and pcod and to loose weight .

PCOD and thyroid can not be cured it can be prevented by reducing weight ,changing lifestyle ,eating pattern . Add home remedies ,do yoga ,exercise , Reduce salt intake ,avoid table salt ,salty nuts . Avoid oily and fried food ,fast food ,preservative food .
