Do exercises for 45 minutes everyday.In your diet cut down on high calorie,refined n processed foods.Stay away from junk n packaged food n drinks.Do not take excess salt or salty foods like pickles n papad.Try to lead a stress free n happy life.Smoking and beer to be avoided totally.These simple but important changes will help you keep your blood pressure in check.
