Diet plan for pregnant woman
As I'm 6 month pregnant woman, recently went for gulcose test and found out sugar levels is 144 and but worried about it. Please provide me with the diet plan.

It is very common... Do little restriction with sugars Take high iron rich die with vitamin C Take calcium rich diet... Take healthy diet or well balnaced meal... Do not skip any meal Take milk and milk products Eat well

If your blood sugar levels is before fasting than its a sign of gestational diabetes which happens in expecting mothers. Your blood sugars might become normal once you deliver the baby making you free from diabetes. As you are expecting mommy giving you random diet plan without your history is an risk for you & baby as well.
