Diabetes not cure it can be prevented by diet. At first ur target should be weight loss also. By which u can maintain ur sugar level. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Avoid junk food and oily food, sweets, candy, chocolate, carbonated beverages, sweet fruits like banana, Chikoo, mango, grapes, dates, sweet potato, rice, etc.

Hello dear, 1.You can take 1 spoon of soaked fenugreek seeds. before taking breakfast it will help to control you blood sugar level 2. Try to take low glycemic index foods like (spinach, cucumber,bitter gourd , bottle gourd,capsicum etc) 3. Avoid potatoes, tapioca, colocasia For better guidance please share your medical results and daily routine.

You should have to follow the healthy lifestyle Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk Curd and paneer which are made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive , saffola, sunflower, mustard oil in cooking Use channa atta with whole wheat flour in a ratio of(4:1) Use green leafy vegetables, sprouts , in your diet Use egg white Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato , arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned, tinned etc Avoid pickles and papad in your diet
