My baby gets colicky everyday ..i am on a very light diet..she is one month old.please let me know incase i need to avoid any particular food ...please advise as she gets colicky everyday

Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300ml ) daily
Curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also
Use olive oil, rice bran, saffola , sunflower, or mustard oil in cooking
You can take 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts daily
Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products
Avoid roots vegetables like potato , sweet potato, arbhi , zimikand etc
Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products

The burping process is very important, try to make him burp after breast feed making him over your shoulder rubbing his/ her back with light strokes.
