Diet while breast feeding
My baby gets colicky everyday ..i am on a very light diet..she is one month old.please let me know incase i need to avoid any particular food ...please advise as she gets colicky everyday

Make a healthy lifestyle.70% diet and 30% exercise help you to reduce the weight. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300ml ) daily Curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran, saffola , sunflower, or mustard oil in cooking You can take 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts daily Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato , sweet potato, arbhi , zimikand etc Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind,vinegar,amla etc .

Hi The baby become  cholic usually as after feed  as they   l down whole day. The burping process is very important, try to make him burp after breast feed making him over your shoulder rubbing his/ her back with light strokes.
