Extreme pain in bones after periods.
I've didn't get enough Brest milk in my childhood.often my bones suffer from severe pain. Amd i can't move anything when I'm weak or after my periods..

Get your Vit D and Calcium level checked, still doubtfull then go for DEXA And BMD cumulative to know your bone strength. Do not simply think or assume that your bones are weak. There is no correlation of bone pain with periods untill otherwise pathological. During periods abberrent pain in body is normal at young age.
