Mam /sir i am only 24 nd my weight is 75kg height 5'1 i have thyroid pproblem but it is normal plz give some diet chart nd help to reduce weight

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hello dear For planing your weight loss diet i need you proper history, like your working hrs, do you have any health issue, why u r gaining weight 1st we need to see that. - 24 hrs diet recall - and  diet is not just once will give and you will loose 20 kg - we have to monitor nd we have to keep changing ur diet by weekly or fortnightly.
