My current weight is 72kgs. I'm trying diet but due to vacation I couldn't sleep at night & my entire routine is disrupted due to which without even eating much I'm gaining weight. I could sleep after 4am at night.
My another issue is I tried weight loss regime last year & lost 15kgs but I'm only able to lose weight and not fat. My body doesn't show any fat loss. Can you suggest me what needs to be done?
