Hello, Weight loss & fat loss is a process that has to done the "right" way to ensure it is sustainable & long lasting. That said, it is a process that takes time and there is no spot reduction that takes place. Fat loss is overall and not from a specific area on the body. Hi, You need to reduce weight, But not in 15days. weight loss is gradual process You can loose weight by following balanced diet. as well regular exercise. Gym will help but along with it what you are including in your diet is very important. Weight loss in short duration,might bounce back in some days once you stop doing diet.

Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hi See I can surely help you in losing weight but not over here as I don't know anything about your eating habits, time schedule and your medical history and vitals. So I would recommend you to have a one to one consultation with me ...so I can help you and make you lose weight. I would suggest you not to go for any medicine as medicines have harmful effects on your body ...Always lose weight with the healthy diet ...see you have mentioned that you are going gym and you are not getting results... maybe because you are not taking care of your diet as it always 70% diet and 30% activity. For a while you can follow following tips which may help you to some extent but for properties are you need to follow a personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Have whole grain cereals like millets and pulses Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.

Please take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, get good sleep , continue with exercise and be patient.
