You need to reduce of trans fats and ready to eat items. Try to have plant protein and oil with  mct or short chain fatty acids. Avoid alcohol and smoking too. Hello For fatty liver you need diet rich in complex carbohydrates, proteins and fibres.Avoid trans fats ie bakery products,fried foods. Include more variety of pulses and beans.Include more of the vegetables and fruits.
