Both can be consumed but mustard ia better compared to refined oil...low consumption i.e3-5tspns a day is acceptable

Always try to opt filtered oil over refined oils. It's important to reduce the consumption of oil and changing the oil to have good health.

You can take refined or mustard but take in less quantity For weight loss any oil take in less quantity 10 ml to 15 ml per day per person Avoid junk food,fried food packed food For weight loss you need to take balance diet with regular exercise then only you will able to loose avoid sedentary lifestyle. There are many causes of weight gain find out root cause first treat that so you can loose weight.

Mustard oil is better than refined oil. You can also use in combination of both. And keep on changing of refined oil. Like if you are making 2 vegetables at a time then you can use one oil in one and one in another. And for loosing weight only restriction of oils will not work. There are many factors to be kept in mind and having a healthy diet. Please consult for weight loss so that you can loose weight in best possible diet plan.
