As per Indian standard, your ideal weight should be 56Kgs. So basically you are 2 Kgs less than your ideal weight. If you feel that you look thin and you desire to gain body mass then first of all you should focus on your diet. You may take help of professional dietician. Same time you should start some Cardio and Weight Training exercise with help of trained profession or personal coaching. If you do so, you will definitely gain body mass within 4-6 months.
