Heavy pain in Gums and in ear .
Hello sir/ madam, I am suffering from Heavy pain in Dent and Gums and due to this pain in ear also. Please suggest medicine. Due to Covid 19 i am not willing to go outside of my house.

Whenever it possible please visit nearest dental clinic for radiographical examination of this area any further dental treatment. Rx. Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day after meals for three days. Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for three days. Cap pantop d once a day before meals for three days Clohex mouthwash three times a day for 2 weeks. Rexidin m forte gel three times a day for 2 weeks( gently massage on the affected area gums and leave it for 10 minutes than rainse with water)

You can take Tan.Azethromycin 500mg Once in a day after meal tab.Esgipyrin sp twice daily after meal Tab.Beplex forte once daily after meal Cap.Rabemac Dsr once in morning before meal For 3 days

X ray is required for further treatment & to have a clear idea about the prob For now have Ketorol DT in case of severe pain Gargle with warm salt water for 3-4times a day Maintain oral hygiene Rinse ur mouth properly after every meal Avoid hard & sticky food

For now take medication Rx Tab Augmentin 625 mg BD Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of severe pain) Take these for 5 days

Take Augmentin 625mg 1×0×1 after food Keterol Dt 1×0×1 after food Pan 40 mg 1×0×1 before for now to get relief of pain but need x ray to proceed with treatment

You have given incomplete history and not added any picture For now take ketrol dt two tablets together whenever pain occurs maximum upto 6 tablets per day
