Please suggest high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan for me
Reason: High Cholesterol and Overweight (Height 162 CM; weight 76 Kg)
My Lifestyle: Not Much Activity. I am in office job with very little
I plan to walk 5000-6000 steps daily,
Do let me know if replacing the wheat chapati with dal chila help?
Current diet
Breakfast: One Chapati, Vegetable, and one cup milk. Sometimes a boiled egg
Lunch: 2 chapati, vegetable, Curd
Dinner: 2 Chapati, Veg, dal
Chicken: 4-5 times a month
