How do i reduce my belly fat?
It's been 3 months post my delivery. I had undergone C-SECTION. I am tying a cotton cloth around my stomach. Is this enough to tuck my tummy in? How long will it take my abdomen to come back to its original size.

Hello. As it's already been 3 months, think about exercise apart from binding tummy. If you are feeding your baby, keep eating wholesome meals to ensure enough milk production. Cut down on extra fat and sugar. Consult me directly for a diet plan. Happy motherhood
