I hving very much less weight...i m eating everything but where it goes i really dont know...i dont like good...all are saying to me very patli machis ki tili...etc etc..i want to gson a weight not very much lit bit plzz help me

Hi dear, you get your thyroid level checked and a visit a physician to detect any other physical issues you are having or not. Else may be your genetic stature is thin. No worries, if all OK. Then definitely you can increase little weight and not look sickly. You need to have some high calorie yet nutritious foods like peanuts, nuts, banana, high protein foods. You may be lean and thin genetically or having any other problems, let me know. By the time take high protein diet including pulses,paneer,soya products, white chicken or fish if you eat and egg whites. This must be ur metabolism and the type of body... you introduce sum pranayams like anulom n vilom. Take soyamilk..Take proteins in predigestive form..
