Hi my weight is 68. I drink one glass warm water with lemon and honey in morning, after that I eat Toor dal 1 bowl in breakfast, fruits in lunch and 1 bowl masala oats in dinner. And two times green tea. 30 min yoga in morning and stairs walk in night till 7th floor. No
sugar, no tea nothing. But still
I am not loosing weight I lost only 2kg. I am doing this from 3 months. One time my weight gone to 66 but again it increases to 68 now its stuck into that. Please tell me what to do else to loose weight. I need to loose 10kg, and I have only two months. Please help me. I have polio in my right leg so due to this I can't do jogging and walking also. Please help.
