I m under Weight
Problem since 1990.no wt gain.if i try to do exercise i loose wt.some lower abdomen problem or no proper absorption.no proper bowl movement,some constipation,always use cremadiet powder.i dont understand what should i do?

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. take high fiber foods like fresh fruits and vegetables to get rid of constipation.
