I want a good diet plan
I am presently following the following diet: Morning : med heavy to heavy breakfast (a cup of tea plus multigrain/wheatfloor/methi paratha, murmure, toasts etc) Lunch: I eat 3-4 bananas and 2 apples at various intervals starting from 12 to 6. Dinner : I eat anything from roti subzi to paun bhaji to any kind of food. I am trying not to gain more weight and want to shed off my tummy fat. As I have to travel 200 kms daily, I want to make a diet pln suitable for it. Can u please guide whether I am doing it right or should change?
